Investment philosophy
The fund invests in foreign bonds. The bonds in the fund are issued in other currencies than DKK. The fund aims to utilise the movements of bond prices and exchange rates of the various countries to increase fund return. The fund pursues an active currency policy and will to a great extent be affected by exchange rate movements in the countries where the fund invests.

Target group
The fund is typically designed for investors seeking higher returns than those offered by European bonds. Investors are aware that return is dependent on developments in ex-change rates and bond prices and that prices may fluctuate. This means that there may be periods of losses and negative returns. The typical investor has an investment horizon of at least three years. ISI International Bonds is an accumulation fund and as such it does not distribute dividends.

Reasons to invest in ISI International Bonds

  • Great potential for achieving attractive returns. We expect outperformance compared with Danish bonds.
  • The fund is an excellent supplement to investing in Danish bonds as it ensures broader risk diversification and consequently a more stable return on your aggregate bond investments.
  • Solid savings opportunities. Investments are spread across several markets and regional cyclical fluctuations are taken into account to stabilise fund return.
  • The fund outperforms all other European funds with an identical investment profile.

Investment horizon
The recommended investment horizon is a minimum of three years.

Your advantages

  • Your savings are pooled with many others and you win economies of scale on eg transaction costs.
  • You obtain significant risk diversification as each ISI fund invests in multiple securities. The result is a lower price risk and more stable return when comparing with similar investments in individual shares and bonds.
  • Your securities savings are managed by ISI's investment experts. They monitor share and bond markets daily, they analyse and obtain information. Careful asset management increases your potential of achieving excellent returns.
  • You can choose from 9 different funds and compose savings tailored to your needs and preferences.
